How to book

• Once you have chosen your trip from our 40 selected holidays, choose the date you want to travel and click BOOK NOW. When you get to the second booking page, type in the offer code KE40 in the additional comments field.
• OR telephone our travel experts on +44 (0)17687 73966 (or USA/Canada tollfree number: 1 888 630 4415) and book your trip over the phone. Remember to quote KE40 when booking. The price shown on the trip page is the price before the discount.

• This 40th Birthday offer is to save on selected KE Adventure holidays listed on this page only - 40 Selected Trips Birthday Offer  
• If the trip is not listed on this page then the offer is not valid.
• The offer is valid on new bookings only and not on existing bookings.
• The offer is open to residents worldwide.
• Closing date of the offer is Sunday (midnight/11.59GMT) 7th July 2024. Bookings made after Sunday (midnight) 7th July 2024 will not be subject to the offer.
• Offer is valid on selected trips for travel until December 31st 2024.
• £100pp offer is equivalent to $127 USD or €117 euros. 
• £200pp offer is equivalent to $254 USD or €234 euros.
• £300pp offer is equivalent to $381 USD or €351 euros. 
• £400pp offer is equivalent to $508 USD or €468 euros. 
• This offer applies to only one booking per person.
• This offer is linked to the postcard mailing - 40th Birthday offer and no other direct mailing.
• The £100-£400 can only be used on the land only price of the holiday and not on flights, baggage or transport.
• The £100-£400 will be taken off the final balance, deposits will still need to be paid.
• This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or a credit note. 
• Travellers must be over the age of 18 at time of departure.
• You must be suitably fit and able to complete your chosen holiday. If you are not, the offer becomes invalid unless a more suitable holiday can be found within the selected holiday range. 
• KE reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time without notice.
• Employees of the promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from this offer.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion.
