• This is a competition to win £750 ($890 / €800 EUR) off any KE Adventure holiday, when you enter at Keswick Mountain Festival between 16th - 18th May 2025.
• This offer does not apply to KE's sister company Mickledore Walking Holidays trips.
• Entries after the show closes will not be valid. (Sunday 18th Jan 2025 - 4pm)
• One winner will be chosen randomly and informed by email or telephone by Tuesday 20th May 2025.
• The prize must be redeemed and holiday booked by Sunday 31st August 2025.
• Entry is open to all UK and non-UK residents visiting the show.
• You must depart on the holiday prior to 31st December 2026.
• One entry per person - duplicate entries will not be counted.
• Participants can enter by guessing the weight of the Osprey Talcon 33 rucksack at the KMF stand.
• Those who guess the exact weight of the bag will receive a complimentary KE merchandise item.
• Travellers must be over the age of 18 at time of departure.
• The prize money can only be used on the land only price of the holiday and not on flights, baggage or transport.
• This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or a credit note.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers
• Should the holiday cost exceed £750, the winner will responsible for the additional cost.
• All members must be suitably fit for the grade holiday, KE reserves the right to suggest alternative trips if the one chosen is not suitable for the travellers experience.
• If all reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner and there is no response by Friday 23rd May 2025, another winner will be chosen at random.
• The £750 discount can only be applied to new land-only bookings.
• The £750 discount will be taken off the final balance payment.
• The winner agrees to assist the KE marketing team with pre and post competition promotion (such as a photo and brief sentence about themselves), and a brief trip review on their return.
• Employees of the promoter, all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering.
• The promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries.
• KE reserves the right to change or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
• KE reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
