Both families save through our recommend a family offer

It’s time to book your 2022 family holiday. Our expert team can give you plenty of advice on what sort of adventure will suit you, your children and your budget, so please get in touch. Once you’ve picked your holiday, invite your favourite family to join you, and, if they are new to KE Adventure Travel, both families will save up to £100 per person if you book before 6th December.

We know families come in all sizes so this offer is available to families as small as one adult and one child.

 How does the offer work?

Step 1. Book on to a 2022 family departure

Step 2. Inform us of the surname of the family you're recommending

Step 3. Your friends book onto the same departure as you and we'll give both families money back.

How much could you save?

All our family holidays are priced per person (pp).

On holidays up to the value of £1,500pp, every group member will save £50

On holidays over the value of £1,500pp, every group member will save £100

This means that two families of four would save a total of £800 when they book our best-selling family Hakuna Matata - Family Tanzania Safari.

Or two families of four would save a total of £400 when they book our best-selling European family Adventures in the Algarve holiday.

Are there any restrictions?

No! As long as you follow the rules below, both families will save. This offer is available to families of all shapes and sizes with a minimum of one adult and one child per family group.

When is this offer redeemable?

We've listed a few scenarios below. At least one of the families redeeming the offer must not have booked or travelled with KE Adventure Travel before (or new-to-KE). 

1. A family who are already booked to travel on a 2022 family holiday departure can recommend a new-to-KE family to book the same departure as them = both redeem offer

2. A family who have travelled with KE before, but have not yet booked their 2022 family holiday can book and recommend a new-to-KE family to join them = both redeem offer

3. A new-to-KE family recommends another new-to-KE family and both families book = both redeem offer

This limited time offer is aimed to help spread the word of KE's family holidays and the offer will only apply when a new-to-KE family books.

Terms and Conditions

• Not applicable for travel agent bookings
• Bookings must be made before 5pm (GMT) 6th December 2021 for trips departing in 2022
  
• Offer only applies to KE Family product range - 2022 departures only.
• This offer applies to the Land Only trip cost only. The Flight Inclusive price is not applicable to the offer.
• Discount will be applied to the final balance for each family
• Family 1 must quote the surname of the family who they are recommending books
• Family 2 must be new-to-KE
• If paying in USD$ the offer is $50 off per person for trip value up to $1500, and $100 off per person for a trip value of over $1500
• If paying in € the offer is €50 off per person for trip value up to €1500, and €100 off per person for a trip value of over €1500
• KE reserves the right to cancel this offer, or to change any condition of this offer, without notice
• Both family groups must not be resident at the same address and must be a 'family unit' AKA made up of at least one adult (aged 18 and over) and at least one child (ages 17 or under).
• Booking together does not necessarily mean you will be travelling with just your family and friends. KE Family holidays are group holidays and there may be other families joining you on the same departure. All departures have a minimum and maximum group size. You can contact our Sales team for information on the group makeup of a tour.
