• Closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday 12th September 2021
• The prize includes a PHD Rondoy Down Jacket worth £704.00
• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
• The promoter of this competition is KE Adventure Travel in partnership with PHD Designs and the Keswick Mountain Festival.
• All entries will be automatically subscribed to receive KEnewsletters.
• All entrants will be automatically subscribed to receive PHD email marketing.
• Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms without notice.
• Online and show entries will be counted once.
• Those entering after the competition close date will not be counted.
• The winner will be selected randomly.
• Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the email provided at the time of entry.
• If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts during a period of three weeks, is unable to contact the winner, then the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted.
• The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the promoter.
