Did you know that you can experience the same epic adventure, exclusively for you. All you need to do is gather up a few friends or family and take over your own departure. You can book almost all of our guided group tours as a 'private group'. 

All you have to do is choose your holiday and contact us for a quote. Once booked, our friendly and dedicated team will give you a bespoke link to access your booking information and tour details.

Here's how it works:

• Choose an adventure from over 350 guided or self-guided adventures.
• You can trek, walk, cycle, snowshoe, go on a wildlife safari, family holiday or more. 
• Get the gang together and agree on a date that works for everyone.
• Give us a call or fill out the enquiry form below. We will help you create a holiday which suits your needs.
• You can add in some extra nights at the start or finish or enhance your tour with our fantastic extension options.
• We offer trusted, flexible and protected holidays.

We would recommend ideally finding a group of at least 4 travellers to help keep costs reasonable.

Private groups enjoy the same holiday itineraries, accommodation, transport and meals as you would experience if you joined one of our guided group holidays. Of course, if you’d prefer a self-guided holiday, then your group can start at just 2 travellers, or even just yourself, if you prefer to go completely solo.

Maybe you are wanting to celebrate a birthday, retirement or anniversary, do a personal or charity challenge or simply enjoy exploring the world with just your favourite people. Private group departures are available on all KE adventures excluding polar cruise holidays and may be different from our scheduled tour group prices.
