From top tips from our travellers like Brian and Manisha, to tweaks to improve our tours. Our Feedback Team meets every Wednesday to read through all the feedback which you send in via your MyKE account, Facebook, Google and AITO.

We know you receive 100s of emails each month trying to A: Sell you a new rug you really don’t need to B: Rate your online experience renewing your car insurance. It’s true, companies want customer reviews as these are powerful and persuasive purchasing tools, however we want traveller reviews for a different reason.

Every Wednesday, our feedback team made up of Customer Sales and Support, Operations, Product and Marketing departments meet to go through every piece of feedback that we receive. From that, we may make small tweaks or big changes to improve our tours and we also thoroughly enjoy reading your top tips for future travellers. We publish every single one of the online reviews we receive (submitted via your MyKE account) and these reviews are key to helping other travellers make the right holiday choice for them.

Brain from Livingston has just returned from Madeira Walking Week and wrote a 5 star review which also included: “I would warn that some of the trails are a little bit exposed and if you are nervous about heights this should be taken into consideration.

Manisha from Bristol returned from our Choquequirao to Machu Picchu Trek in Peru and said: "Couple of top tips: walking poles are a good idea even if you don't normally walk with them. I didn't have them, but found a good, stout bamboo stick which was invaluable for the very steep and rocky downhills."

There are many places you can leave reviews about your KE holiday, from your MyKE to Facebook, from the independent form with AITO to online reviews on Google.

Once you submit your online reveiw to us, our team will post it live here and our the tour page within 3 weeks - if we don't we'll send you a crate of wine!
